The Port of Anacortes (the"Port") hereby requests bidproposals for the NorthBasin Docks J Thru NFloat Repair, Project. TheProject generally involvesfurnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation ofCap Sante Marina DocksJ-K-L-M-N in Anacortes,Washington as detailed inthe project drawings andspecifications. The Project generally consists of,but is not limited to: implementation of temporarysite controls, traffic/pedestrian controls, marinaenvironmental/water quality controls, and temporaryerosion and sediment controls; demolition, disposal,and replacement of dockwalers, rub boards, thru-rods, floatation billets,utility hangers, and pilehoop assemblies and appurtenances as more fully defined in the ContractDocuments. The Project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Port of Anacortesreserves the right, in itssole discretion and without liability therefore, toreject any and all bids, towaive any irregularities orinformalities in the bid orin the bidding process, orto re-bid the Project. All questions regarding the Project must be submitted by email to the Port's Project Manager - Jenkins Dossen, jenkins.dossen@portofanacortes.com with the subject line referencing"Bid Inquiry - North Basin Docks J Thru N Float Repair Project".
