Renovation of a multi-residential development in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,220-square-foot multi-residential development.
Anacortes Housing Authority Site One Re-Roofing The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing composite roofing and installing new underlayment and composite roofing to two buildings, roughly 11,220 square feet. Bid security: A certified or bank cashiers check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Anacortes Housing Authority, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Rejection of Bids: The Housing Authority shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. The Anacortes Housing Authority is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, minority- and womenowned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is funded by a federal grant from the U.S. Department ofHousing and Urban Development and the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program
