**As of June 4, 2024, project was awarded to SCHROEDER ASPHALT SERVICES, INC., awarded amount is $842,430.85.** The proposed work is officially known as the 2024 ROAD PROGRAM and further described as a resurfacing project. The work to be performed consists of PCC Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter, Driveway Removal and Replacement, HMA Surface Removal, HMA Binder Course, HMA Surface Course, Structure Adjustment and Reconstruction, Parkway Restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown and described in the contract. Prospect Avenue (Village Hall Parking Lot) o 231 Burlington Avenue (Water Tower Parking Lot) o 4 McIntosh (McIntosh Alley) o 259 Ann Street (Ann Street Metering Station Parking Lot) o 261 Ann Street (Reservoir Parking Lot) o 50 Sheridan (Historical Society Parking Lot) o 278 Holmes Avenue (Well #6 Parking Lot)
