Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Clarendon Hills Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Prospect Park Courts Renovation. Work will include concrete walks and paving, sport court color coat and striping, tennis and pickleball fixtures, chain link fencing, electrostatic painting, turf restoration, and utility work. Bids will be accepted at the Clarendon Hills Park District, 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois 60514, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor's name and address, and "Bid for Prospect Park Courts Renovation," on the face of the envelope. The Clarendon Hills Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Clarendon Hills Park District.
