Site work and paving for a civil project in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of new 8-inch and 6-inch ductile iron pipe water main installation, construction of lateral WMQ storm sewers, abandoning the existing water main, water service box removal and replacement, valve vaults, fire hydrants, lead service replacement into the home, various roadway resurfacing treatments, and all necessary restoration. Contractors must purchase bid documents from the website and be listed on the Bidder's Planholder List to be eligible to bid. Bids from contractors not on the Planholder List will be rejected.
