This project includes 5,930 square yards of milling the top 3" of HMA Pavement, widening the existing path to 10 feet, placing 3" of CA-6 stone base, 3" HMA binder, and resurfacing with 3" HMA surface. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via Quest Q and A or by email. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued via Quest Q and A or by Addenda emailed to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered in writing will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
