Commercial kitchen equipment is desired to be purchased, delivered and set in place for three (3) different County school locations. The Schools will make all necessary electrical and any other connections to make the delivered equipment functional. Equipment delivery is desired between June 3, 2024 and July 26, 2024. For the protection of the Amherst County Schools, the right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids, to consider the competency and responsiveness of all Service Companies, and to use any information deemed necessary to establish the ability of any Service Company to satisfactorily perform all conditions of the agreement.
