The purpose of this sealed Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a term contract with one qualified firm (Contractor) to provide janitorial/custodial services on a routine and as needed basis for several recreation facilities belonging to the Town of Christiansburg (Town). The Town intends to award the contract resulting from this IFB for an initial term of two (2) years, with the possibility of three (3) one year renewal periods. Renewals are not automatic and shall be documented and signed by both parties. Questions will be received by Tara Vance, Procurement Officer, until Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 5:00 PM, EST. Questions will be answered in the form of an Addendum to be posted no later than Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM, EST. Questions received less than eight (8) days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
