Site work for a civil project in Burtchville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Township Watermain Extension - Harris Road from State Road to M-25. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to install 5380 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter watermain, fire hydrants, gate wells, water services, drainage culverts, road ditching, lawn restoration, temporary traffic control and other incidental related items. visit the Site, conduct a thorough, alert visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas, and become familiar with and satisfy itself as to the general, local, and Site conditions that may affect cost, progress, and performance of the Work A Bid Bond in the form of a certified check, money order or a Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5 percent) of the amount of the bid payable to Burtchville Township will be required with each bid. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The right is reserved by OWNER to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Materials bonds, Maintenance and Guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates.
