Sealed bids are solicited for the Lakeshore Road Sheldon Beach Subdivision Paving Project. The work includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to remove 3185 square yards of existing asphalt surface, mill 3020 square yards of asphalt surface, install 3450 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 292 cubic yards of aggregate shoulder, 2745 square yards of concrete driveway, 910 square yards of hot mix asphalt driveway, lawn restoration, temporary traffic control, and other incidental related items. Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer, on a unit price basis for specified items. A Bid Bond equal to at least five percent of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Labor and Materials bonds, Maintenance and Guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive irregularities.
