Site work for a water / sewer project in Burtchville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to remove and replace existing water systems mechanical joint fitting bolts on forty assorted fire hydrant assemblies, gate valves, bends, and fittings, lawn restoration, shoulder restoration, miscellaneous pavement removal and replacement, temporary traffic control, and other incidental related items. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for items of work as specified and must be submitted on the provided proposal forms. Instructions require a bid bond for a sum not less than five percent of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and materials bonds, maintenance and guarantee bonds, and insurance certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after receipt. Question Deadline 01/28/2026: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
