All individuals must pre-register prior to 12 July 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. Those individuals who do not pre-register prior to the deadline will not be allowed to participate in the site visit. No other site visits will be conducted. Access for individuals who are not United States citizens cannot be guaranteed. Questions are due by or before 11:00 AM CT on July 25, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation.
