The interiors scope at LMC Mendel Center is in Part "B" of the building and includes the vestibule and lobby, concourse, stairs, Little Theater catwalk, and orchestra rehearsal space and adjoining offices. All spaces are to receive new flooring, ceiling, wall finishes, and lighting. The concourse and Instrument Storage F130 will also be getting new casework. b. Plumbing - removal and modification of condensate drains for new mechanical units. c. Mechanical 1) Removal and replacement of AHU-13 with the addition of VAV boxes with reheat. New hydronic piping to unit and VAV boxes. Removal and replacement of exhaust fans. 2) Replacement of existing insulation on piping in corridor. 3) Removal and replacement of AHU-9, 10, 11 with one energy recovery unit and VAV boxes with re-heat. New hydronic piping for unit and VAV boxes. Removal of exhaust fans. 4) Removal and replacement of (14) fan coil units in the promenade. Existing piping to be reinsulated and replaced as necessary to maintain flow to units. 5) Removal and replacement of corridor Fan Coil Unit. Adding cooling coil and piping to new unit. 6) Removal and replacement of Vestibule Cabinet Unit Heaters. 7) Removal and replacement of AHU-8, 14 with one new unit and addition of VAV boxes with re-heat. New hydronic piping to unit and VAV boxes. 8) Alternate #4: Removal and replacement of (7) fan coil units in the main stage lobby. removal and replacement of exhaust fans with new energy recovery units.
