Site work and paving for a civil project in Wellsville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the construction of a new trail and is generally located at 200 East and 700 South. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $129,115.00. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Tyson Roper no later than 5:00 pm on April 25, 2024. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
