Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Per Addendum 3 - Bid Date has been Extended Grading, Drainage, Asphalt Base Course, Asphalt Intermediate Course, Asphalt Surface Course, 1 6 Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalks 4 Uniform, Drainage Structures, Pavement Markings, Lighting/ Electrical, Landscaping, Irrigation, Hardscape, Signal, and other various items of work. LDTC Project Number: 577C, 611C, 627C Description: This work consists of constructing concrete ramps as depicted in Standard Drawings 720- 6. The pay item Handicaps Ramps is used only when ramps are being retrofitted into a section of existing sidewalk. Materials: Class B Concrete. Construction Requirements: Remove and dispose of existing sidewalk and curb and gutter. Construct handicap ramps in accordance with Section 720, which is hereby amended to include concrete handicap ramps. Grade the immediate area as necessary to construct the handicap ramp. Method of Measurement: Handicap ramps will be measured by each ramp in place and accepted. Basis of Payment: Payment for handicap ramps includes removal and disposal of existing sidewalks and curb and gutter, grading, and all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to construct each handicap ramp.
