Site work for a recreation facility in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Greenville Zoo FY24 Dens Bundle project. The project includes the replacement of the existing den structures at both the South America (Red Panda) and Asia (Ocelot) exhibits. All work shall occur at the Greenville Zoo located at 150 Cleveland Park Drive, Greenville, SC 29601. The primary project scope items include but are not limited to: Demolition of Existing CMU Structures; Minor Site Prep; Construction of 3-4 Poured Concrete or CMU Den Buildings (Alternate Dependent); Maintain and Reestablish Existing Utility Connections; Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Work; Painting, and Other Finish Work; Installation of Custom Fabricated Animal Containment; Installation of a Concrete or Wood Deck Walkway (Alternate Dependent); Modification and tie-in to Existing Paddock/Enclosure Structures/Guest Railing; Preparation and delivery of closeout documents; and Other items as outlined in the available construction drawings or needed to complete the project for operations as intended.
