Site work and paving for a civil project in Green Tree, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes approximately 15,500 square yards of roadway milling and profiling; Superpave WMA binder course; Superpave WMA wearing course; base repair; scratch and overlay; spot concrete curb and gutter replacement; bituminous wedge curb; structure adjustments to grade; catch basin repairs and replacements; traffic control; thermoplastic linestriping; and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various Borough roadways, including five add alternates for additional roadway milling and paving, and linestriping. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough to guarantee the bidders entrance into the contract if given the award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
