Collect Transit Division staff provided bus shelter site information. c. Provide replacement bus shelters with the following dimensions: 57" (width) x 110" (length) x 91" (height). d. Design replacement bus shelter and amenities to be compliant with: i. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. ii. Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. iii. All Federal, State, County, Local, and other government laws, regulations, ordinance, and codes. Removal and Disposal Services: a. All transportation, delivery, installation, and disposal arrangements shall be the responsibility of the vendor. b. The vendor shall be responsible for the removal of crating and packing materials from City premises. Crating and packing materials shall be properly and legally disposed of. c. Removal of old bus shelters must be removed and disposed of in an environmentally safe manner.
