Timeline: July 2024: Schematic design Oct. 2024: Design development Nov.. 2024: Project bidding 1 Jan. 2025: Project bidding 1 construction begins May 2025: Project bidding 1 substantial completion Feb. 2025: Project bidding 2 June 2025: Project bidding 2 construction begins Jan. 2027: Project bidding 2 substantial completion Improvements will convert nonfunctioning pool areas to multipurpose learning spaces. Install maintenance-free flooring (no waxing required) Create student broadcast and recording areas Updated HVAC, including replacement of window units with central air. Remove lockers, create student collaboration spaces Convert district warehouse in basement to classroom space Update restrooms and locker rooms Paint large gymnasium, retractable bleachers New roofs Updates to boiler room
