The Franklin Blvd & Karcher Rd Int project will reconstruct the intersection from stop-controlled to a roundabout with the roundabout being offset approximately 60 feet west and 5 feet north of the existing intersection. The roundabout will accommodate two lanes in each direction along Franklin Blvd and one lane in each direction along Karcher Rd. The construction will include new sidewalks and multi-use pathways.
