Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The city is seeking to hire a qualified CM/GC firm to provide Phase 1 preconstruction services and Phase 2 construction services for Project Group G. Project Group G (PGG) will construct a new headworks facility at the Nampa WWTP including influent pumping, screening, grit removal, and associated infrastructure. To this end, the city requests qualified and experienced professional submit a proposal for CM/GC services defined in this RFP for PGG Question Deadline 05/31/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All questions and requested clarification shall be made in writing via email to Shannon Johnson, Environmental Resources Engineering Manager (johnsons@cityofnampa.us) and Ashlee Teeter, Executive Assistant (teetera@cityofnampa.us). Include Nampa WWTP Phase II PGG CM/GC RFP Question in the subject line of the email.
