Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of June 7, 2024 project was already awarded to 1. Paving Contract HRI with awarded amount of $71,720 2. Scratch and Seal contract - Midland with awarded amount of 68,534.69 Valley Township Municipal Building For the following Contracts: Seal Contract Furnish and place approximately 24,647 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat; 1,823 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application and 26,470 SY Asphalt Fog Seal. Scratch Contract Furnish and place approximately 800 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course, Scratch. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
