** As of January 22, 2025, project was awarded to Binghamton Precast and Supply Corp., awarded amount is $ 173, 966 ** SWCD is seeking quotes for a box culvert and stamped drawings. Must meet NYSDOT specifications. Construction drawings attached. July 2025 installation planned. The Cortland County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is seeking quotes for a precast concrete box culvert and cutoff walls with stamped drawings. This 19.5' wide x 10' high x 60'/72' long concrete box culvert and cutoff walls must meet NYSDOT specifications. The structure will be installed according to the project drawings (Construction sheets GB58). Installation will be performed by the Cortland County Highway Department in cooperation with SWCD beginning July 2025.
