In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Replacement of (18) Bar Screen inlet and outlet sluice gate actuators in the Headworks area (Area 05). Replacement of the Settle Sewage Channels interconnect gate actuator at the Primary Settling Tank area (Area 28). Replacement of (24) Aeration Tank air control valve actuators at the Aeration Tanks area (Area 38). Replacement of (17) Aeration Tank inlet sluice gate actuators at the Aeration Tanks area (Area 38). Replacement of (5) Blower air blowoff valve actuators in the Blower Building (Area 54) Replacement of (2) Main Air Flow Discharge valve actuators in the Aeration Tunnel (Area 54). Replacement of four (4) rotating scum skimming troughs and motorized actuators at the Chlorine Contact Tanks (Area 73). Installation of hoist beams in the Service Building (Areas 21, 24 and 26). The Contract will be subject to the NEORSD policies and goals regarding the use of minority and women business enterprises (MBE/WBE). This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE goal for this Contract is 5%.
