AWOS Replacement furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary for AWOS REPLACEMENT. Bids may be held by the Knox County Regional Airport Authority for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as the Knox County Regional Airport Authority may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. The intent of the contract isto provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract.
