Commercial General Liability Insurance Covering the Services Provided by Service Provider or Its Officers, Employees, Subcontractors or Agents Under This Agreement; Such Insurance Shall: Provide a Minimum of Two Million ($2,000,000.00) Per Occurrence Limit of Liability Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
