The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions-AAQ-570, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-24-R-00292, QRL ARSR Small Area Parking Lot Pavement, Benson NC as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the Solicitation in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Includes, but is not limited to excavation, removal, and disposal of approximately 650 cubic yards of existing material and installation of aggregate base course and asphalt concrete plant mix for pavement section, removal of the existing vehicle entry/exit gates, replacement of a motorized sliding gate, wireless controlled linear motorized gate operator, card reader system, and concrete gate operator pad. Additional site work to include replacing existing florescent lighting with new LED lighting. Excavation, removal, and disposal of approximately 650 cubic yards of existing material and installation of aggregate base course and asphalt concrete plant mix for pavement section. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, Standard Size - $45 Million. The estimated cost magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Projected Period of Performance for this project is approximately 35 calendar days.
