Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Work will include tear off existing roof to deck, new insulation, new 60 mil white PVC/Kee fleece-back membrane system, new metal and base flashings, repairs/addition of drainage systems and overflows as required, and standard TN 30 year warranty. See full details in attached project manual and drawings. All questions regarding project must be submitted in writing by email to mchildress@etfc-arch.com. Roof replacements to include: Wilson School Building. Design to include tear off to deck, new Question Deadline 05/14/2024 insulation, new 60 mil white PVC/KEE fleece-back membrane system, new metal and base flashings, repairs/addition of drainage systems and overflows as required, and standard TN 30 year warranty. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non discrimination policy applies. Questions related to the project site and/or construction documents are encouraged. Such questions shall be submitted in writing to the designer, seven days prior to the bid opening, unless specified otherwise in the project’s Pre-Bid Meeting.
