To develop and manage multi-use trails in the Southwest Regional Recreation Area to stimulate, enhance and sustain economic development and job creation through entrepreneurial opportunities in Southwestern Virginia. SRRA is seeking bids for a contractor to pour a footer for a 12' x 24' building and to attach old hand hewn logs from old log cabin to the new building at our shooting range located in Clintwood, Va. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: (1) Each and every condition requested is material to the bid.
