Project was awarded to S&S Contractors, Inc in the amount of $252,829.90 The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification consists of the installation of permanent drainage structures according to these plans and specifications, and revegetation all disturbed areas on the site known as Baden Drainage Project for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Work Location: The Baden Drainage project is located at 1709 Dickenson Hwy, Clintwood, Virginia. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or guarantee of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be a certified check, cash escrow or a bid bond payable to the Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Virginia In the event these specified supplies, services, materials, or equipment are not delivered by the date specified there will be deducted, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages, the sum of $1663.57 per day for each and every calendar day of delay beyond the time specified
