Renovation of a municipal facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,900-square-foot municipal facility.
Question Deadline: Fri May 10, 2024 5:00:00 PM The University seeks quotes for upgrading the lobby and corridor area of Calvin Hall third floor. Project includes drywall repair, new paint, carpet, ceiling tiles, and LED lighting. Project to be awarded as a single contract for "Project as a Whole". Performance and Public bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by August 2, 2024. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University "On-Call" General Construction contract. Description Summary: New paint, carpet, and ceiling tiles throughout the corridor and lobby area of the 3rd floor of Calvin Hall (CR301, LB301, LB302). Will also update/replace all light fixtures with LED fixtures, see Alternate No. 1 for cove lighting. Demo existing digital ribbon board display from previous occupants. See Alternate No. 2 for additional door and wall replacement. Approximately 1900sf.
