Renovation of a municipal facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,900-square-foot municipal facility.

Project includes drywall repair, new paint, carpet, ceiling tiles, and LED lighting. Project to be awarded as a single contract for "Project as a Whole". Performance and Public bonds required. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by August 2, 2024. This opportunity is open to pre-qualified contractors currently holding a University "On-Call" General Construction contract. Description Summary: New paint, carpet, and ceiling tiles throughout the corridor and lobby area of the 3rd floor of Calvin Hall (CR301, LB301, LB302). Will also update/replace all light fixtures with LED fixtures, see Alternate No. 1 for cove lighting. Demo existing digital ribbon board display from previous occupants. See Alternate No. 2 for additional door and wall replacement. Approximately 1900sf.
