Renovation of an educational facility in Riverton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 13, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 20, 2024. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. Persons interested in visiting the site shall contact the District Office at (217) 629-6009. The project consists of: Painting the existing Riverton High School Gym interior walls and ceiling in their entirety. Email questions to Architect. Telephone (voice) queries are discouraged. 1. The Architect will not receive bidders questions after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2024 unless the bid opening date is changed by addendum Pending receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor will have access to the site no earlier than 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024. We, the undersigned bidder, will fully complete all Work by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2024. Refer to Section 01 1000 - Project Summary for Work Sequence
