Reference Number 0000350617 This RFQ provides guidelines for the submission of qualifications in response to the District's solicitation for respondents to provide ongoing Natural Gas Utility Construction Work. The scope of work is intended to provide Natural Gas Utility Construction Work on an as needed basis for various District Projects. Projects under the contract with the District may include any or all the items listed under Part 2.1, Scope of Work, of this RFQ. Scope of Work: The following is a list of construction services that may be needed from time to time by the District pursuant to the Master Agreement. This list is not all inclusive and may include work that is not specifically listed, but that is related to this discipline: Installation of steel/poly gas mains (pipes, tees, tracer wire, warning tape, valve boxes, bends, caps, test stations, line markers, fittings, and pigs) Installation of steel/poly service lines (pipes, tees, tracer wire, warning tape, excess flow valves) MOT (sidewalk, lane closures) Pressure testing (charts/gauges) Inventory Management As-built/mapping Bore path and elevation reporting Restoration (asphalt patching, concrete replacement, seed and mulch *The District reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any or all non-substantial irregularities in items received whenever such rejection is in the best interest of the District, or to accept the proposal which best serves the interest of the District. submit One (1) clearly marked unbound original (3-hole punched preferred) and five (5) copies of the proposal in a sealed envelope or box addressed to the District Clerk, Lake Apopka Natural Gas District, 1320 Winter Garden-Vineland Road, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, and plainly marked on the outside "RFQ-2024-02 Ongoing Construction Services."
