The bids are for a single Prime Contract consisting of upgrading the auditorium theatrical lighting, controls, and corresponding electrical work per the contract documents. A. Replacement of the auditorium theatrical lighting, controls, and corresponding electrical work per the contract documents. B. Alternate #1, replace miscellaneous non-theatrical lighting in the auditorium as noted in the contract documents. Work is anticipated to commence upon Notice to Proceed, on May 24, 2024, and substantial completion by August 20, 2024.
