**As of July 3, 2024, this project has been awarded to Key Construction, awarded amount not available.** Improvements include the following: finishes improvement, lighting retrofit, new plumbing fixtures replacement, selective door replacement, painting, flooring, ceiling tile replacement. CLEAN-UP : A. Each Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning up and disposal of all debris created by their activity on a daily basis. All cartons damaged and unused materials shall be removed from the site. The Owner's dumpster shall not be used for construction debris. Construction may begin May 27, 2024. The project shall be substantially completed no later than August 1st, 2024. Bond Notes: Contractor to provide satisfactory bond utilizing standard ORC 153.571bid bond form in the amount of 10% for bid bond and 100% for contract bond. The successful Bidder, awarded the Contract on this Project and prior to the execution of the Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, shall provide a Contract Bond, covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of obligations arising thereunder in a penal sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract sum. Said bonds shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months after date established as start of one year correction period. Premiums shall be included and paid-for by the Contractor. Owner Rights: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on Alternates, in whole or in part, and in any order. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every Bid, to waive formalities or informalities in bidding, to accept or reject alternates.
