Sub Completion
All Work Necessary for the Completion of Home Sites and Stabilization Roads Identified in the Sub Completion Chart Found on Page 4 of the Special Provisions in This Tender Shall Be Completed on or Before July 12, 2024. Notwithstanding the Specification for Liquidated Damages, Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Date Will Be Charged at the Rate of Twenty Five ($25.00) Dollars Per Kilometer Per Calendar Day on the Balance of Roads Which Have Not Been Treated With Dust Control Chemical at the Regional Application Rate.
Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed Until July 26, 2024 at Which Time the Department Reserves the Right to Terminate the Contract. Completion
All Work Necessary for Completion of General Maintenance as Identified in the Special Provision Shall Be Free of Liquidated Damages on or Before September 6, 2024.
