Question Deadline 05/14/2024 at 11:00 AM PTOnline Q&A Yes The City of Norwalk is seeking a contractor to construct Project No.7872 Parking Lot Resurfacing; this project involves two locations, the City Transportation Yard, and the City Social Services Center. This work is being requested to be constructed during the weekend and the dates are shown below: Social Services Construction to be completed by Saturday, June 29th, 2024. Transportation Center to start Construction on Monday, August 5th, 2024. The Project includes without limitation, Slurry sealing, crack sealing, protecting existing utilities, striping, and pavement repairs, and furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
