Bidding will take place in the spring of next year to be quickly followed by the start of construction. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The Kahlotus School District is seeking qualifications for Architectural & Engineering Services from interested firms for design services on the Districts K-12 modernization project. Firms must have knowledge of Washington State statutory regulations relating to public schools, OSPI SCAP processes, Chapter 39.80 RCW, Chapter 39.10 RCW, and High-Performance School Buildings Program. All firms including minority and women-owned firms, who are lawfully engaged in the practice of architecture and engineering under Chapter 18 RCW are encouraged to apply. To be considered, interested firms should submit six (6) printed copies and (1) electronic copy of their qualifications statement. The Kahlotus School District No.56.reserves the right to cancel or to reissue the RFQ in whole or in part, prior to execution of a contract. The district reserves the right to reject any qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and to waive informalities in this qualification's response process.
