Site work for a pipeline in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

SCOPE OF WORK includes providing a complete biogas upgrading system to reduce sulfur compounds (H2S), moisture, non-methane volatiles (VOCs), siloxanes, and carbon dioxide (CO2) found in digester gas. The complete system shall include all components of the biogas upgrading system necessary to produce pipeline quality gas including control package. A general contractor will be hired to install the system and provide interconnections between equipment and components, as necessary. Owner Rights: The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City. Bond Notes: Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, or bank draft, payable to the City ofFond du Lac, or satisfactory bid bond, in the amount of 5% ofthe gross bid as a guarantee that ifthe bid is accepted as the successful bid, such successful bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and performance bond within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract.
