All pre-qualified vendors, including Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged (DBE) Business Enterprise contractors, subcontactors and material suppliers are encouraged to bid on this City of Southfield construction project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals.
