Renovation of an educational facility in Anderson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions must be emailed to the Director of Purchasing & Warehouse Services to scottorr@Anderson5.net (a) Any prospective Offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing. The Procurement Official must receive questions no later than five (5) days prior to opening unless otherwise stated on the Cover Page 1. Location: Robert Anderson & Glenview Middle Schools 2. Furnish & replace damaged ceiling tiles in the main hall & auditorium (no work in classrooms) 3. Repair damaged drywall soffits, prime repaired areas with a stain blocking primer. Apply 2 coats of finish paint on the entire soffit. 4. Repair water damaged walls in the gym, paint is peeling due to water damage. Prime damaged areas with a stain blocking primer. 5. Apply 2 coats of pre-cat epoxy to walls in the gym up to the roof line (no painting on ceiling) 6. Site Visit Available upon request. 7. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash/debris disposed of off-site. 8. No tobacco products of any kind are allowed on school grounds 24/7/365 9. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original state before the final payments are submitted. 10. Invoice must be submitted within 30 days of work being completed. 11.
