This project is located at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital & Trauma Center (ZSFG), Building 5, at 1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco, California. This project is permitted under HCAI (Department of Health Care Access and Information), formerly known as OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development). The Work consists of a portion of the ZSFG Building 5 Family Health Center Relocation project, primarily consisting of the Ward C and Ward E interior demolition and corridor renovation located on the 5th floor of Building 5. The Work includes a phased demolition sequence to demolish the interior wards, set up construction barriers and complete the new central corridor construction.
