Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a day care center in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,238-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; for the demolition of a day care center; for the renovation of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center.

The project consists, in general, of the expansion of the existing building, including minor renovations on the existing part to accommodate the new extension, and civil and earthworks. The new area is approximately 1,238 square feet on one level. Each bid must be accompanied by a bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Regional Municipality of Tracadie. The name of the bidder as well as the name of the contract must be clearly indicated on the envelope.
