1. Front porch-Remove existing front porch and dispose of it away from site. Construct new porch to be 6'x10'. New porch to include one set of steps. Steps to align with current walkway with a minimum width of 48". New porch to comply with minimum building code standards. Any waste must be removed and disposed of away from site. 2. Back porch-Remove existing back porch and dispose of it away from site. The new porch is to be 6'x12'. New porch to have 2 sets of steps installed. The first step aligned toward the driveway and the second to exit toward the yard. Steps to have a minimum width of 48". New porch to comply with minimum building code standards. Any waste must be removed and disposed of away from site. 1. Water Heater- Install new 40-gallon gas fired water heater unit, including all connections, liners, and venting. Existing water heater to be removed and disposed of away from site.
