In accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.4 and 20.5 et seq., and NJSA 18A:18-5 et seq., the West New York Board of Education School District (the "Board", "WNY BoE", "the District") intends to procure Construction Engineer services, by way of a Request For Qualification (RFQ) vendor solicitation, selection and contract award process, with services to be provided to the District on an as-needed basis during the 2024-2025 school year. Specifically, Requests for Qualification (RFQ's) shall be submitted by qualified, New Jersey licensed Construction Engineering entities interested in providing Construction Engineering Services to the West New York Board of Education, on an asneeded basis: Construction Engineer Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope/package and marked as shown below on the front of the envelope/package: RFQ SUBMISSION - CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER 24-25 Proposals must be submitted in duplicate, original paper submission, along with an electronic copy of submission materials in searchable pdf format (disc or USB inserted into proposal envelope). Respondent(s) ("Contractor(s)", "Consultant(s), "Proposer(s)" should also keep a complete copy of the proposal packet, exactly as submitted. Please be reminded that the West New York Board of Education reserves its right to accept reasonable equivalents and to reject all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22. If all bids are rejected, the Board will either re-advertise or pursue alternative purchasing means, including via state contracted vendors.
