As of August 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. Anticipate award on September 9, 2024. Flooring Replacement at 7005 Boulevard East The flooring to be installed must be "Style Selections Dove Tail Oak, 12-mil, 7-in W x 48-in L Waterproof Interlocking Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Item #2414463, or its equivalent. The Contractor shall provide the Housing Authority with a product specification sheet and identify the duration of the manufacturer's warranties. 3.2 Removal of Existing Flooring The Contractor shall remove the exiting flooring and prepare the surface for installation of the new flooring. The Contractor shall take responsibility for the proper disposal of the exiting flooring according to all applicable statutes and regulations. 3.3 Installation of New Flooring The Contractor shall supply all services required for the installation of the replacement flooring. This will include, but is not limited to, such activities as: Assuring the safety of the work area, e.g., access control to the site while work is performed Receiving the new flooring upon its delivery to the site Removal of the exiting flooring Preparation of the surface for installation of the new flooring Installation of new flooring, door saddles and baseboard morlding Clean up of the site Bid Bond: Bid Security, in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Must Accompany Each Bid That is Submitted. At the Option of the Bidder, the Bid Security May Be in the Form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Housing Authority of the Town of Guttenberg. If a Bid Bond is Submitted, It Shall Be in Substantially the Form Set Forth in the Invitation for Bids. the Authority Reserves the Right, Pursuant to Applicable Law, to Waive Any Informalities in the Bid or to Reject Any or All Bids.
