Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process is being conducted in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.4 and 20.5 et seq., NJSA 18A:18-5 et seq., and Local Finance Notice 2007-11 (C). It is the intent of the West New York Board of Education to establish a core group ("Pool") of the most highly qualified professional Architect services firms based on the evaluation criteria detailed in the RFQ document(s) for services to be provided during the 2023-2024 school year. Specifically, Requests for Qualification (RFQ's) shall be submitted by qualified, New Jersey licensed architects interested in providing Architectural Services to the West New York Board of Education, on an as-needed basis: Terms RFQ will be used interchangeably and both will refer to the process of establishing pool of qualified professional architect services providers. The Board of Education of the Town of West New York, New Jersey, is soliciting Request for Proposal | Qualification for the Services listed above - covering the following time period for which services are being requested: July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 Titled: Architect of Record 24-25 Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope/package and marked as shown below on the front of the envelope/package: RFQ SUBMISSION - ARCHITECT: 23-24 (01) Proposals must be submitted in duplicate, original paper submission, along with an electronic copy of submission materials in searchable pdf format (disc or USB inserted into proposal envelope).
