The Contractor shall also provide a product specification sheet and identify the duration of the manufacturer's warranties. 3.2 Disconnection and Removal of Current Boiler The Contractor shall disconnect and remove the current boiler and take responsibility for its proper disposal according to all applicable statutes and regulations. 3.3 Installation of New Boiler The Contractor shall supply all services required for the installation of the replacement boiler. This will include, but is not limited to, such activities as: o Assuring the safety of the work area, e.g., access control to the site while work is performed o Receiving the new boiler upon its delivery to the site o Installation of new controls o Make all plumbing and electrical connections o Conduct a start-up test of the new boiler and ensure its proper operation
