Reference Number 0000351103 The Municipal Subdistrict of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Municipal Subdistrict) is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants for the Windy Gap Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) Pipeline Inspection. The Windy Gap Pipeline is in Grand County, Colorado just north of Granby and is part of the Windy Gap Project owned and operated by the Municipal Subdistrict of Northern Water. The project will consist of an Electromagnetic inspection 5.27 miles from Sta 30+00 to Sta 307+93 comprising of 1,626 pipe sections. The pipeline is a Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP), Embedded Cylinder Pipe (ECP) type with shorting straps, with a diameter of 108--inches. The Municipal Subdistrict will provide dewatering, isolation of the pipe and Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), opening of manhole flanges, record drawings, confined space attendants, and general support during inspection.
