Scope of Work Preparation Inspect and clean the designated roadways to ensure they are free of debris, vegetation and loose materials. Repair any existing pavement defects, such as cracks, using approved methods. Implement traffic control measures per MUTCD requirements to ensure the safety of workers. Hand out notices the public prior to and during construction that will minimize impact to their subdivision access. HDMB Application Apply a high-quality HDMB mixture to the designated roadways as per the APWA specifications and project specifications. Ensure an even and consistent application of the HDMB to achieve the desired surface characteristics. Work closely with the project manager to meet any specific requirements related to aggregate type, mix design, and application thickness. All questions shall be submitted May 8 th,2024 to obtain a complete copy of the project specifications, contact Aspen Wimmer at aspen.wimmer@tooeleco.org All Work shall be completed by July 28 th, 2024 The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
